Tao Linda Therapies is a holistic massage therapy and wellness service based in South East London. This website is the application our clients and practitioners use to discover treatments, make and manage bookings, and handle payments online.
What this application does
Through this website, clients can:
- Browse our holistic massage treatments, therapies, and wellness workshops/experiences.
- Book and securely pay for therapy sessions and experiences online (card payments via Stripe).
- Purchase and redeem gift vouchers.
- Complete a pre-appointment health & consultation form so sessions can be tailored safely.
- Create an account to view their upcoming and past bookings, invoices, and voucher balances.
- Contact the practice and subscribe to wellness updates.
On the practitioner side, an admin area lets the Tao Linda Therapies team manage services, availability, bookings, experiences, vouchers, and customer enquiries.
How this application uses your Google account data
Our practitioners can choose to connect their own Google Calendar to this application. This connection is optional, is made only with the practitioner's explicit consent on Google's standard authorisation screen, and can be disconnected at any time.
What we access and why:

Create, update, and delete calendar events
(
calendar.events) — when a booking is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled in Tao Linda Therapies, we add, update, or remove the matching event on the practitioner's Google Calendar so their schedule always reflects their real appointments. -
Read calendar availability
(
calendar.readonly) — we check existing events to avoid offering or creating appointments that would clash, which prevents double-bookings.
We request Google Calendar access for this scheduling purpose only. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for any purpose other than keeping a practitioner's booking calendar in sync. Tao Linda Therapies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
